School outdoor adventure trips in Guangxi

Yangshuo Trips

Group size: up to 50

Age: 12 to 18

Yangshuo is about 1.5 hours away from Guilin. It is surrounded by karst topography and rice paddies with a pristine river running through. Yangshuo is a good place for providing students with the perfect atmosphere to get close to nature. It is a charming and special place in this otherwise fast-paced world where you can take a leisurely bike ride to appreciate our unique countryside.

There are a number of routes to choose from. These routes range from the very relaxing to the adventurous depending on your needs.

Longsheng-Ziyuan Adventure Trip

Group size: up to 50

Age: 12 to 18

Longsheng is the central hub for about ten ethnic minority groups in northern Guilin including the Zhuang, Yao, Miao and Dong minorities. These societies thrive on farming and tourism. A few of its highlights include The Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces located in Heping Township and The Longsheng Hot Springs which originate in the Longsheng Hot Springs National Forest Park and is considered supernatural water by locals.

Ziyuan is about a 2-hour drive from Longsheng to Ziyuan. Ziyuan is famous for the Bajiaozhai National Forest, The Zijiang river and other sights.

Both of these places have amazing scenery, a special landscape and are filled with unique culture.

Summer Camp in Yangshuo

Summer Camp is an excellent way to expose your kids to a new living arrangement steeped in local culture. Camp is a good place for making friends and trying new things. It also may be a good chance to explore the leadership potential of your students and boost their confidence.

Karst has been running quality camps that guide kids of all ages through some of the most beautiful wilderness areas around. Goals for your kid include: increased confidence, outdoor and cultural education, building character, fostering a sense of accomplishment, fun, and friendship.
